Join Holistic Health Coaches Sandy Chasteen and Kari Michel for an afternoon of interactive self-care activities!
Sandy will start us off with a few rounds of breathwork and use of an essential to ground us, then we’ll complete a short 15-minute guided meditation followed by a journaling exercise.
Kari will then lead us in a discussion of solid strategies for “Eating for Energy” – focusing on whole food nutrition and how to sustain our body’s natural energy producing functions!
This workshop is held quarterly at Harmony HB studio in Huntington Beach; the next event will be on Sunday, 28 January 2018.
